Not sure why, but we tend to grasp things better in threes.
The 3 Stooges, The 3 Musketeers, The 3 Wise Men,
a wonderfully executed triple axle,
Jaws I, II, III
The Father, the Son, and The Holy Ghost
In the Christian faith, the number three refers to the Trinity, and signifies divine protection, help, and guidance.
In the science of numbers, the number 3 symbolizes the principle of Growth. When the initiating force of 1 unites with the germinating energy of 2, there is fruitfulness = 3. Three signifies a synthesis, an outpouring of energy into action. The 'thought' of 1 and the 'fertility' of 2 results in the 'creativity' of 3.
As meditators, we tend to experience "aha" moments in the randomest of settings. See, by breathing space into our thoughts we broaden the little tunnel that our subconscious uses to pop out ideas into our conscious mind. Kinda like.... drano for our thought process!
I was driving home from work the other day when I felt something start to swell and swirl, an understanding of sorts. It was about success; and what it really entails. You see, someone once said, if you cant explain something simply, it means that you don't quite understand it. Up until recently, my understanding of success was pretty blurry.
Not anymore, I give you my Holy Trinity to Success:
Dream , Commit, Believe.
As I pondered the Holy Trinity of Success, I realized where I had been delinquent all these years. It was on the second action of wholeheartedly committing to one path.
Boom, glitch spotted and busted.
Your turn: Think back to a task ,goal, or anything that you feel has been eluding you, and test it against this formula.
1. Are you allowing yourself to dive into your desires and thus unleash your Dreams?
2. Have you then single-mindedly committed yourself to the requisite course of action?
3. Lastly, have you reached deep down and believed that your way will be illuminated, regardless of outside circumstances?
I expect nothing less than brilliant success from myself and anyone else who honestly applies this formula.
Happy to know what this brings up for you :)
... As simple as Do, Re, Mi.
