It's been a while since I played around and improvised in the kitchen. The funnest way to approach the "impromptu meal" is to work with whatever you got. Creativity oozes out of hands that work with uncertain results.

My main players: cauliflower, Udon noodles, feta, pine nuts, dill, radish.

Culinary therapy at its finest!

Recette:

1. Steam cauliflower.

2. Boil noodles. Add butter or olive oil after having drained water.

3. Grate the radish.

 Wait for it....

 Tadaaaa.

Tadaaaa.

4. Add feta, dill, toasted pine nuts, a lil Worcestershire sauce.

5. Make your "hell yeah" face, and... Bon Appetit!
